Our Purpose

Let’s start by understanding what we mean by purpose. It answers the “why” question: Why do we exist? It is our reason for being, and at its heart, is a more theological question than anything else.

So, what is our purpose?

We state it simply, that… As God’s people on earth, we bring glory to God in heaven.

This is our purpose because this is what we understand from the Bible that God wants of us. God created the universe, and us, for His own glory. So our purpose in everything we do must be to bring Him glory. Our Mission, our Vision and our Core Values serve our Purpose and help us co-ordinate our activities.
